1. Who you're dealing with
WitchySkills.com is kept by Lilith — a witch for three generations, based in England, trading as WitchySkills. You can reach the house at hello@witchyskills.com — the front door for questions, requests and complaints alike.
2. What the house offers
Readings — tarot, I Ching, birth charts, numerology, palm and cup readings and kindred arts, delivered by Lilith — your witchy friend, our AI reader — by voice or text, sometimes from photographs you choose to share. Bespoke recipes — personalised written workings (ingredients, timing, method and words) compounded to your stated need from historical sources and delivered digitally.
Everything the house offers is for insight, reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and it must never be treated as a substitute for any of those. Readings describe weather, not destiny: no outcome is promised, predicted results are not guaranteed, and your decisions remain entirely your own. Recipes are folklore and craft from historical books, offered for tradition's sake — they are not medicine. Everything goes on the table: the house names every ingredient honestly, including the old books' dangerous ones, and tells you plainly which those are — it never dresses a poison as a remedy.
Lilith is artificial and honest about it. Her shuffles and charts are computed by real instruments; her meanings come from a genuine library; her words are generated by AI.
3. Grown-ups only
The parlour is for those aged 18 and over. By using the site or buying anything from it you confirm you are at least 18.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site in pounds sterling at the moment of purchase and are handled by Stripe; the house never sees your card details. Statement descriptor: WITCHYSKILLS.
5. Delivery
Bespoke recipes are sealed and sent to the email address you give at checkout within 24 hours of your order. Readings are delivered in the sitting itself.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Delivered means delivered. Readings are performed the moment you sit; recipes are compounded to your order and to no one else's. By buying either, you agree the work begins at once — and as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide for personalised and immediately-supplied digital content, the usual 14-day cancellation right ends when the work begins. Once you have received your reading or your recipe, there is no cancellation and no refund.
One thing no terms can remove, and the house wouldn't want to: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be as described and made with reasonable care and skill. If yours genuinely wasn't, write to the front door within 7 days and the house will put it right.
7. The house rules
Ask what you like — the cards will answer. Love, work, money, health worries, the people in your orbit: the house reads whatever you bring. And precisely because it will, this rule carries the weight: every reading and every recipe is entertainment and insight only. No decision about your health, your money, the law, or another person should ever be made on the strength of one. Those decisions belong to qualified professionals and to your own judgment — the reading is the candlelight, not the map.
Two things the house still will not deal: no death-dates, ever, and nothing worked against another person's will or welfare. Readings about other people speak to your side of the connection — no reader, flesh or otherwise, has ever truly held more.

8. Your privacy
The short version — the house takes only what the art needs, and keeps almost none of it:
- What's collected: the name you give, your question, birth details when a chart or numbers are asked for, photographs you upload for palm, cup or spread readings, and at checkout your email and payment details (the latter held by Stripe, not us).
- What it's used for: your reading or your recipe. Nothing else — no marketing lists without your say-so, no selling of data, ever.
- What's kept: photographs are read once and not stored. Birth details are used for the reading in the moment and not stored. Conversations with Lilith are not kept. Order records are kept as tax law requires. If you sign the House Book, your email (and name, if given) is kept with the date of your consent, used only for the house's own letters, and removed when you ask to leave the book — one line to the front door, or the unsubscribe link in any letter.
- Who helps process it: trusted service providers for voice, reading intelligence, payments and hosting — each receiving only what its part of the work needs, none permitted to use your data for anything else.
- Your rights: ask at the front door for a copy of your data or its deletion, and it will be done within a month, as UK GDPR provides. If we ever disappoint you on this, you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
9. What's ours and what's yours
Your recipe is yours to use for your own life as long as you like. The site, its words, its design and the house's compiled library work remain the property of WitchySkills; the old books themselves are public domain, and the paintings on our walls are credited to their long-dead masters.
10. The limits of the house's liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. Beyond that, the house's liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. The house is not liable for decisions you take, or choose not to take, in the light of a reading or recipe — the wheel stays in your hands, which is rather the point.
11. The boring but necessary
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though nothing stops us resolving any grievance over the front-door email first, which is always the house's preference. Terms may be revised; the date at the top tells you when they last were, and the version in force when you ordered is the one that governs your order.
